(FG: TSX-V), (3FA: GR), (FGLDF: OTC PINKS); (“Falcon” or the “Company”) announces a $180,000 financing by way of a non-brokered private placement of units. Each Unit is priced at $0.12 and will consist of one Falcon common share and one non-transferable warrant. Each Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase a new common share at a price of $0.20 for a 36 month term following the acceptance date.
A Finders’ fee may be payable in connection with the offering in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. The Private Placement offering is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
